Academic Examinations Schedule

EXAMINATIONS, FORMATIVE & SUMMATIVE TESTS :

Formative Tests will be conducted in the months of July, August, November and March to all classes on CCE Model. Summative tests will be conducted in the months of September, December and April to all classes on CCE Model. The performance of the child will be entered in the progress card. Progress cards shall be sent to parents as per Schedule. Parents are advised to examine the progress cards carefully and acknowledge.

OPEN DAY :

An open day is arranged on every second Saturday between 3-00 P.M to 5-00 P.M. to facilitate the parent teacher meeting. So that the parents can meet the Principal and Class Teachers to discuss the performance of their children. Parents are requested to attend the open day without fail.

Fee Guidelines

Parents are requested to complete the full fees in three terms. :

1. First term June to September : fee shall be paid before 5th of June without penalty.

2. Second term October to December : fee shall be paid before 5th of October without penalty.

3. Third term January to April : fee shall be paid before 5th of January without penalty

 

Note : The parents are requested to pay the school fee promptly to enable smooth running of the institution.
